What do you believe about the state of the environment?
Firstly, I truely believe that if you go deep enough, then it doesn't matter, everything is ok. Secondly I observe, through simple common sense, that the enviroment is changing due to our actions. And simple common sense, leads me to observe, that the changes are, mostly, not overloaded with joy.
In a way we all live in our own private enviroment, as in how we see the world affects our experience of the world. I observe, that many of these "personal enviroments" are lacking in love and gratitude. And the quantity of these personal enviroments can not help but affect the back ground level of our shared enviroment.
When we learn to respect, nurture and love ourselves, then we will respect nurture and love the enviroment.
I truely love our world, and I find many joyous examples of change in the "state of humanity" that can not fail to affect the state of the enviroment in loving ways.
I observe that obligation, duty and damage control, rarely come from a loving state of being. I fail to be inspired by "should dos" and "musts". I am however deeply touched by the diversity and abundance of the enviroment we live in, and I am therefore inspired to take care of it.
